Our program is designed to respect your privacy and information, which means discounts and benefits are not automatically applied. Instead, we tailor your experience and connect you with the right vendors and services for your practice.

ELITE works with each vendor to determine the most efficient way to connect our members with the vendors specific ordering process.

For most of the supply vendors you interact with today, you will continue to order as you do today.

ELITE’s support team is happy to assist you in ensuring that the proper connections are in place to make the ordering process as seamless as possible.

We encourage you to explore the ELITE vendors to take full advantage of the most competitive pricing available.

However, you are free to select any vendor outside of the ELITE platform. If you have a vendor recommendation, please share it with our team so we can evaluate the potential benefits for other members.

Each vendor engages with multi-location practices in unique ways, and we are committed to simplifying this process for our members.

The ELITE Membership provides access for multi locations.

If your practice includes multi locations, we encourage you to contact us to learn more about our ELITE Enterprise membership option.

Membership fees are authorized by providing credit card or ACH (automated clearing house) information to ELITE.

Recurring membership fee payments will be processed on the anniversary date of each membership, unless the membership is cancelled prior to that anniversary date.

Each completed payment, whether for the initial membership fee or a recurring membership fee payment, grants access to the ELITE Dental Alliance platform for a term of one year.

This and other terms are addressed further in the Membership Agreement terms and may vary if a valid promotion or coupon code alters the typical transaction arrangement.

Members must request discounts directly from vendors when joining, as they are not applied automatically.

The ELITE Onboarding process is designed to guide you through this step. We encourage all new members to schedule an Onboarding session with the Member Engagement Team.

Specific discount requirements for existing customer relationships are detailed on each vendor’s page, and generally, discounts require contacting the vendor following the outlined procedure.
