Here are the most common questions we get from potential members.

How do I order after joining ELITE?

ELITE works with each vendor to determine the most efficient way to connect our members with the vendors specific ordering process. For most of the supply vendors you interact with today, you will continue to order as you do today. ELITE’s support team is happy to assist you in ensuring that the proper connections are in place to make the ordering process as seamless as possible.

Am I allowed to purchase from vendors that are not a part of ELITE?

Absolutely! We recommend that you consider the available ELITE vendors in order to ensure that you get the most advantageous pricing. However, you can always choose from any vendor that is not currently on the ELITE platform. In fact, if you have a vendor recommendation, please submit that to our team so that we can determine if other members might benefit from the vendors offerings.

Do I need multiple memberships for multiple locations?

Each vendor interacts with mutli-location practices differently and we strive to streamline the process for those members. Our ELITE Memberships provides platform access for up to 5 locations. If your practice currently includes more than five locations, we would encourage you to reach out to discuss our Enterprise membership offering.

What options are available for paying membership fees?

Membership fees are authorized by providing credit card or ACH (automated clearing house) information to ELITE. Recurring membership fee payments will be processed on the anniversary date of each membership, unless the membership is cancelled prior to that anniversary date. Each completed payment, whether for the initial membership fee or a recurring membership fee payment, grants access to the Elite Dental Alliance platform for a term of one year. This and other terms are addressed further in the Membership Agreement terms and may vary if a valid promotion or coupon code alters the typical transaction arrangement.

How do I ensure I receive the ELITE discount if I am already a customer of a vendor?

The specific requirements to receive a discount for any existing customer relationship are outlined on each vendor’s page. Generally, discounts are not automatically applied and require contacting the vendor in accordance with the outlined process.
